The Wall, Warring “Big Ideas”

Image
Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer want you to believe that their disagreement with President Trump’s proposal to build a wall across the border with Mexico is about money.  It’s too expensive.  Chuck and Nancy are just protecting the taxpayers.  But don’t you recall?  When they knew the votes were not there to make it law, the outspoken stars of the Chuck and Nancy Show at one time supported the idea.  Now, everyone has a right to change their minds, don’t they?  Of course they do.  So Chuck and Nancy just changed their minds.  Right? Now, according to President Trump, Chuck, Nancy and all the rest of the Democrats who once favored the wall, but now vehemently oppose it, changed their minds for the political reason of simply resisting him, a Republican, in all he tries to do, their purpose being to satisfy the far-left base of the Democrat Party.  Well, there may be some truth to that, and Trump’s allegation is certainly understandable by a poli...

Globalist Empire to Fail

Image
In the first articles I wrote for the Forsyth County News, beginning late May of 2017, I described the economic environment Donald Trump would be forced to contend during his presidency. While everything else you hear in the news has been happening, in the background Trump has been dealing with a dying world trading platform, the globalist’s petrodollar system, which since the ‘70’s has financed the US trade deficit by ever-increasing American debt. Globalism depends on the petrodollar as its lifeblood.  Without it, and without even harsher means of enforcing the value of Federal Reserve currency worldwide, such as US military coercion, globalism dies. Contrary to its positive portrayals in the media, globalism is not about increasing wealth worldwide, not about creating a larger pie for an entire world of people.  Globalism is like a fisherman’s net, that net being private currency cast among the nations, a worldwide, privately-owned, ubiquitous payment system for ...

Not Far Right, Just Right

If you felt dismay reading my recent article, “Syria Pullout Explained,” I suggest your discomfort arose from the shock of finally reading the truth after being woefully disinformed by previous presidential administrations, in partnership with MSM.  In that article, I retraced verifiable history to 1999, documenting facts which show candidate Donald Trump was indeed correct when he expressed, “Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton unleashed ISIS on the world.”  Now if that shocked you, I’m sorry; but you need to get your head out of the sand and see what is happening in this world.  Your shock reflects a natural reaction to learning that many things you have been told, perhaps your entire life, and which you counted on, are not true.  And worse than discovering falsehood is discovering what is true is so horrendous. Now one of the reasons I write these articles is simply as a service to the community and anyone else who finds and shares them online.  That service ...

What Can the Righteous Do?

I do not believe one can adequately understand the Bible simply by reading it.  Now reading is a fine start.  But until one casts the face value of biblical expressions into the physical world, and deeply considers all that bounces back, frankly, pondering the Bible is largely an academic undertaking.  Don’t get me wrong.  Yes, read the Bible.  Read it to your kids.  Go to church and take them with you.  Provide children an academic foundation for expanding their understanding later on.  But just expect that any higher meaning the Bible offers will only arise from a spiritual understanding, founded in one’s unique life experiences and relationship with God, not a mental one based solely on academic study.  And most kids and many adults are not ready to understand deep, spiritual wisdom, just saying.  And to receive spiritual wisdom, of course one must engage the spirit.  But doing so while earning a living among life’s distracti...
