China, Built on American Debt

Image
Last May, echoing the sentiments of President Trump I wrote an article entitled, “America, China’s Piggybank.”  In it I explained why China needs U.S. dollars, which they receive in trade for exports to America.  Essentially, since the early-1970’s Federal Reserve banks on Wall Street have owned the franchise of issuing U.S. dollars, in practically unlimited quantities, sending them all around the world, expecting the U.S. military and intelligence services to enforce their value.  That system has a name.  It is called, “the petrodollar system.”  As a result, the world still uses dollars as its predominant trading platform, which explains why China, the world’s largest exporter of goods, must always have a significant supply of dollars.  One way China obtains dollars is to produce cheap goods that Americans, always shopping for a deal, unwittingly import. Now if you didn’t realize that the U.S. military and intelligence services have been enforcing the valu...

Fixing the Rigged System

Image
Over the past several weeks, I’ve shown you how it is that as long as the Federal Reserve private banking system controls the issuance of America’s money supply, it will remain mathematically impossible to pay off the national debt or sustain a balanced federal budget.  For one thing, we know that is true because before the Fed can place new base dollars into circulation, U.S. sovereign debt of equal dollar value must be received by the Fed and held as collateral.  One dollar of U.S. debt allows the Fed to create one dollar of base currency.  Furthermore, at the member bank level, such as that of Wall Street banks, the American money supply is created and loaned into circulation, at interest.  And because Wall Street does not issue dollars to pay the interest, the only way to pay it is for the people to keep borrowing more dollars…from Wall Street. And so, if you look back at the Fed’s balance sheet leading to the financial crisis of ’08 and ’09, you would see an or...

The Federal Reserve is Stuck

Image
This is the fourth in a series designed to dispel myths about the US national debt, such as the myth that it is caused by government overspending.  It’s not.  In the first article, we talked about why President Trump doesn’t refer to balancing the budget, or paying off the national debt.  Trump knows that while the Federal Reserve system remains in charge of issuing America’s money supply, doing so is mathematically impossible.  Trump doesn’t talk about things that are impossible, only things that are possible. Next we learned the big secret nobody will admit, and which proves what I just told you.  Before a Fed bank, such as the New York Fed, can issue a new dollar into the economy, the U.S. Government must transfer to the Fed a dollar’s worth of U.S. debt, serving as collateral, indebting the American people to pay the Fed’s dollar back.   Once that dollar of debt is received, the New York Fed can electronically deposit a corresponding new dollar in...

Why Stock Markets Keep Going Higher

Image
Two weeks ago, I introduced you to the reason President Trump does not talk about federal deficits or the national debt.  Very simply, his reason is that as long as the American people and their government are forced by that same government to use dollars, borrowed at interest from private Federal Reserve member banks, and use that currency as legal tender, sustaining a balanced annual budget without borrowing, or paying off the national debt, is mathematically impossible.  Trump doesn’t talk about things that are impossible, only things that are possible. Last week I elaborated on what I told you before, referring to the Federal Reserve’s own publication entitled, “Modern Money Mechanics.”  In that document, the Chicago Fed explains how dollars are created and who creates them.  That document exposes the fact that before a Federal Reserve dollar can be created, a regional Federal Reserve Bank, such as the New York Fed, must take in collateral in the form of U.S. d...

The Big Secret

Image
If you truly want to understand politics, including why D.C. politicians have become certifiably insane, read on.   Virtually every desperate attack various establishment operatives launch against President Trump, including the Russia hoax, calls for impeachment, and efforts by compromised intelligence agencies, originates from one central concern, the need to protect the American money-creation system and those who control it.  Sit back.  Relax.  I’m about to reveal their big secret. What They Don't Want You to Know Recall last week, responding to statements by various “cut-spending,” or “balance-the-budget” advocates running for Congress, I wrote that President Trump chooses not to speak about federal deficits or the national debt, and for a good reason.   That reason is that, as long as our present system is in place, it is mathematically impossible to either balance the federal budget without severely impacting the economy, or certainly to ever p...

President Trump, Blind to Deficit?

Image
A 2-year bilateral budget deal now agreed, has anyone noticed President Trump never talks about the federal deficit?  Does Trump not know that American Government is $22.5 trillion in debt and counting?  Does he not know that the more government borrows to spend, even on important things like infrastructure, the larger the debt becomes? Moms and Dads Across America Struggling to Make Ends Meet Let’s take a poll.  Who out there thinks Trump is oblivious to the deficit? Raise your hands.  Okay, now who thinks Trump knows but doesn’t care?  Hmmm, looks about even.  So if either possibility is true, why would even rabid, Trump-supporting Republicans be overjoyed that their President is spending America into bankruptcy?  I ask that because I keep hearing appeals from Republican congressional candidates in the 7th District and beyond, running on a platform of cutting federal spending.  From them I keep hearing the obligatory “dinner table” sto...

Trump Has Dems Panicking

Image
When I was a kid, there really were racists around, a lot of them.  They ran openly for office.  They were proud of it.  I recall names like J.B. Stoner, Lester Maddox and others who made political careers touting racism.  Some, like Maddox and Zell Miller, both who became Governors of Georgia, eventually renounced racism.  Some say they were among Georgia’s greatest governors.  Today, the Democrat Party, the original party of slavery, whose numbers throughout history are replete with the names of consummate racists, has through guile and expense of energy convinced a substantial portion of the population that they are the party with moral authority sufficient to define who is a racist and who is not.  Maybe in one respect they are right.  As the expression goes, “Takes one to know one.”   Racist, Racist, Everyone's a Racist But instead of pointing out true racism, those Democrats use the term indiscriminately, describing any political ...

Trump, Peace President

Image
How many times have we heard it from the liberal left, and also the libertarian right, that Trump means to get America into another major war?  That just shows a lack of understanding.  So let’s clear that up. Now granted, Trump is different.  People do not know how to take him.  But that is because politicians rarely tell the truth.  The political class, generally, is not excited that the people might see and understand what is truly happening in this world.  And they do not desire for people to know what they are doing against the people’s interests.  Therefore, politicians talk in circles.  They speak mantra rather than message.  They hide their true purposes within crafty, circular rhetoric, which leaves listeners wondering what they just heard.  It’s a talent. But that’s not Trump, thankfully.  Trump says what he means.  And he says it in ways a common man can relate.  After all, Trump is a common man, a builder a...

Trump Running the Fed

Image
President Trump is now running Federal Reserve Policy.  Remember last Fall when Fed Chairman Powell made statements about raising interest rates?  He cited a growing economy as evidence it was time.  Powell even raise rates twice.  Doing so brought ire from Trump, whose public criticisms of Fed policy have been unprecedented. Trump's latest Fed Reproach So how has Powell adjusted to Trump’s reproaches?  Powell has folded the Fed tent. Recent Fed announcements indicate a future course closely aligned with Trump’s expressed desires, pledging soon to lower rates and even usher new rounds of “quantitative easing.”  QE, as it is known, is an act by the Federal Reserve Central Bank to release dollars into the economy, supposedly in exchange for valued assets.  Recall during Obama’s Presidency, the Fed bought up mega-amounts of worthless assets from Wall Street Banks, along with U.S. Treasury bonds, to the tune of almost $4 trillion.  Those dollars...

Iran Tanker Attack, Seen This Before

Image
In August 2017, I published two articles in which I placed the reader behind the scenes of President Obama’s so-called, “Iran nuclear deal.”  Although nuclear weapons are referred in that agreement, its real purpose, as it turns out, had little to do with nuclear weapons.  Like so many ventures our former President involved himself in, the nuclear deal was another scam on the American people.  Obama’s real purpose, among others, was legitimizing the release of dark money into dark areas of the world, an activity even President Reagan regrettably approved.  Remember “Iran-Contra?”  It all began in September 2013 when Iranian President Rouhani remitted a long overdue payment to the World Bank, passing an olive branch to the West.  Next, Rouhani called Obama indicating willingness to negotiate certain long-standing differences with America.  That afternoon, Obama held a press conference announcing he had spoken with Rouhani, the first talks between resp...

Judging 7th District Candidates

Image
In 2018, 7th District Representative Rob Woodall almost lost his seat to a socialist Democrat.  It was the most closely contested race in the country.  And now, after ten years in Congress, Woodall is stepping down, opening the seat.   Georgia's 7th District The 7th District consists of half of Forsyth County and most of Gwinnett.  In 2016, Hillary Clinton won Gwinnett.  Prior to that, Gwinnett turning blue was not foreseeable.  But increasing population density is the cradle of liberalism.  As counties surrounding a central city become more densely populated, they naturally take on the political attitudes of the city.  The tighter people pack together, the more rules they institute, the more individual rights they infringe, the more government control they crave, the more their politicians propose government solutions, and finally, the more they come to believe more government is the answer. The result is liberalism, which explains why...

Grateful for FISA Abuse

Image
Since Donald Trump became President, I will be the first to admit that 7th and 9th District Representatives Rob Woodall and Doug Collins have righted their ships, both Forsyth County Congressmen without question earnestly supporting our President.  In this new Congress, Collins has become an instrumental Trump ally in the battle against the salacious, and now-proven false accusations against our President by leading congressional Democrats in D.C.  Woodall, who announced leaving next year, has ventured in front of the cameras, as he should, and become a forceful voice of reason among the insane workings of congressional Democrats in budgetary conferences and live interview settings.  Neither Woodall nor Collins supported Trump during the 2016 primary, and neither became vocally supportive of Trump during their 2018 campaigns, which almost caused Woodall to lose even before he was ready to go.  And so I hate at this point to retrace bygone matters and questionable dec...

Thanks to Our Veterans

Image
Fifteen years after World War II ended, I began grammar school.  In those days, my friends and I loved to play war, simulating the conflict many of our dads had fought.  My dad turned 20 two weeks after the attack on Pearl Harbor.  Mom told me that shortly after the attack, Dad tried to enlist.  Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately for me, Dad was turned down because he had a gimpy leg, a defect from a difficult birth.  My dad did his duty here at home, however, working at Marietta’s Bell Bomber Plant, although he lived with the lasting regret of being turned down for service.  Dad’s interest in the war his friends fought inspired him to study it to the extent that when he died he had collected hundreds of volumes in a WWII library, each in its turn he had personally scoured for additional information about the war he missed.  After he died, I proudly donated his library to our alma mater, Georgia Tech.  Dad always felt in awe of his friends who se...

America, China’s Piggybank

Image
According to President Trump, China has been using America as its own personal piggy bank.  Is that true?  I ask because on the surface, Americans receive products made cheap overseas in exchange for dollars.  That’s a free market, right?  Well, no it’s not.  But to understand why, ask yourself these questions: Why does China even want US dollars?  Why does China hold US dollars in reserve?  Why does China buy US Treasuries with its excess dollars?  And here is the big question for all Americans, if America exports dollars to China and the world the tune of $800 billion each year, meaning that $800 billion actually exit the fifty states destined for foreign accounts, don’t those dollars have to be replaced?   Where do replacement dollars come from?  Okay, now we’re thinking.  Let’s get some answers. We can agree that “free trade” requires both sides of a transaction to enter voluntarily, neither side coerced to trade with the...
